Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Scampworks, an independent game studio run by Animesh Shaw ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. When you first open the game it asks for your year of birth; please answer truthfully. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you confirm that a parent or guardian knows you are playing and agrees to these terms, and that any purchase is made with their permission.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its characters (including Tiko), artwork, sounds, music, text and code belong to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Do not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or extract the game, or use its characters in your own products. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, and write or talk about the game; we love that.
3. The lies are part of the game
Totally Easy is a game about being tricked: Tiko and the other characters show things that are not true on purpose, such as a clock that runs fast or a button that does nothing. That is the game, not a fault. What the game tells you about ads, prices, purchases, your data and these terms is never part of the joke: we always tell you those things straight.
4. In-game items
Coins, boosters (such as Truth Goggles), keys, skins, accessories, passes and Rage points are virtual items that exist only inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or traded for money, and you get only a licence to use them in the game. We may change how the game's economy works (prices, rewards, limits) to keep it fair and fun.
5. Purchases and refunds
Some items can be bought with real money. Purchases are processed by Google Play. The price shown at checkout, in your currency and including any taxes, is what you pay. Google's terms and refund rules apply to purchases, and you can ask Google Play for a refund. Digital items are delivered as soon as the purchase completes. If you reinstall, Google Play can restore purchases that are not used up (such as No Ads).
6. Ads
The game is free and is supported by ads provided by third parties. Some features let you choose to watch an ad for a reward; you get the reward when the ad finishes. We do not control the content of third-party ads, but we ask the ad provider to keep them suitable for your age. How ads handle your information is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or its saved data, use bots or modified copies, exploit bugs for gain, or use a display name that is abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that names a private person. Do not harass others through challenges or shared messages. If you break these rules we may reset what you gained by doing so or turn off features for you.
8. Your phone and your progress
Your progress, coins and purchases are saved on your device. The game does not back them up online in this version, so deleting the game's data, a factory reset or a new phone can erase your progress. We cannot recover it for you.
9. The game is provided as it is
We work to keep the game running and fair, but we cannot promise that it is error-free or always available, that your progress will never be lost, or that it works on every device. We may update, change or stop the game, or parts of it. If we stop the whole game for good, we will say so in the game or on this website beforehand where we can.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited (for example for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, and our total liability to you for claims connected with the game is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending
You can stop playing and uninstall the game at any time. We may suspend or end your use of the game if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example for new features or legal reasons. We will update the date above and, for any change that matters to you, tell you in the game or on this website at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop playing.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. You keep any mandatory consumer rights where you live. Before going to court, please write to us at support@scampworks.com so we can try to put things right.
14. Third parties
Google and the Google Play store are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game, its support or its content. Google Play's own terms apply to your use of Google Play.
