Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 November 2026 · App: Totally Easy: Troll Games (Android) · Package: com.scampworks.totallyeasy
1. Who we are
Totally Easy is made by Scampworks, an independent game studio run by Animesh Shaw ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy, or about your information: support@scampworks.com.
We offer the game in countries outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
2. The short version
- You must be 13 or older. When you first open the game it asks for your year of birth. We keep only the result (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over) on your phone, never the year.
- The game has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or location.
- Your progress, coins and settings are saved on your phone. The game does not upload them to us.
- The game is free and shows ads, provided by Google AdMob, which collects some information from your phone to show and measure them (section 5). If you are 13 to 17, ads are non-personalised and limited to teen-safe content. If you are under 13, the game does not run.
- Purchases, if you make any, are handled by Google Play. We never see your card details.
- You can erase everything the game stores on your phone in Settings, Privacy & data, Delete my data on this device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who can play
The game is for players aged 13 and over and is not meant for children under 13. If the year of birth you enter shows you are under 13, the game shows a message and does not run, and no ads are loaded. If you are 13 to 17 you play in teen mode: non-personalised ads limited to teen-safe content, no free-text player name, no sign-in, and no name or Player ID in shared links. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game, or you are a parent with a question, write to support@scampworks.com. The year-of-birth screen relies on what you tell it; we cannot check it.
4. What the game keeps on your phone
| Information | Why | Where, and for how long |
|---|---|---|
| Your progress, stars, coins, items, settings, Rage points and daily streak | to run the game and remember where you are | On your phone only, until you delete it or uninstall the game |
| A random Player ID and a random display name (adults can change the name) | to put a name and ID on challenges and result cards that you choose to share | On your phone only |
| Your age setting (blocked, teen or adult), never your year of birth | to apply the age rules above | On your phone only |
| Your answer to the ads consent screen | to remember your choice | Stored by Google's consent tool on your phone, until you change it or delete the game's data |
None of this is sent to us. We cannot see it or delete it for you, which is why the delete button works on your phone.
5. Ads: what Google collects
Ads in the game are provided by Google AdMob, through Google's ads library inside the game. When an ad is requested, Google receives information about your device: your IP address (from which it can work out roughly where you are), your advertising ID if your phone allows it, other device and app identifiers, device and software details (such as model, system version and language), and how you interact with ads and whether they loaded. Google and the advertisers in its ad systems use this to choose and show ads, measure them, pay for them and prevent fraud. We receive reports about how many ads were shown and what they earned; they do not identify you.
| If you are | What happens |
|---|---|
| Under 13 | The game does not run and no ads library is started. |
| 13 to 17 | Ads are non-personalised, marked as for users under the age of consent, and limited to teen-safe content. |
| 18 or over | Where the law requires it, the game shows Google's consent screen before any ad, so you can choose between personalised and non-personalised ads. Elsewhere, personalised ads are shown unless you opt out. You can change your choice at any time in Settings, Privacy & data, Ad choices. |
Ads that give a reward are always optional. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (on most Android phones: Settings, Privacy, Ads), and manage what Google holds about you at myaccount.google.com. How Google uses information from apps that use its ad services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google keeps this information under its own policies.
6. Purchases
Some items can be bought with real money. Purchases are made through Google Play, which processes your payment and tells the game that the purchase happened. We never see your card or payment details. The game remembers on your phone what you bought, and Google Play can restore your purchases if you reinstall. Google keeps its own records of purchases under its own rules.
7. What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, precise location or health information. The game does not use cookies, and it has no social-media login. This version has no analytics or crash-reporting library. If we add one in a future version, we will update this policy first, and where the law requires it we will ask for your permission.
8. Sharing your result or a challenge
When you tap Share, Challenge or Invite, the game makes a text message, a link or a picture and opens your phone's share sheet. You decide where it goes; we do not receive it. If you are 18 or over, a challenge or invite link contains your display name, your Player ID and the score to beat, and a result card shows your display name, so anyone who sees them can read them. Choose a display name that does not identify you. If you are 13 to 17, links and cards contain no name and no Player ID, and the game never shows a name from a link someone sent you. Tell us at support@scampworks.com if you see an abusive name.
9. Who gets information
We do not hold your personal information, so we do not pass it on. Information flows to Google (ads, consent, Google Play and purchases) and to the advertisers and ad technology companies in Google's ad systems, as described above. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or with a buyer if we ever sell the game. We do not sell personal information for money. For adults, personalised ads can count as "sharing" for advertising under some US state laws; you can opt out in Ad choices.
Google handles ad information in the United States and other countries.
10. Emails you send us
If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you, and only for that. We delete a conversation when you ask, and in any case when it is no longer useful.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand or a US state such as California), you may have the right to ask what information a company holds about you, to correct or delete it, to opt out of personalised advertising, and to complain to your data-protection authority. In this game, almost everything is on your phone or held by Google, so:
- On your phone: Settings, Privacy & data: change ad choices, or delete all game data (including the saved ad-consent answer).
- Google: manage and delete what Google holds at myaccount.google.com and in your phone's ad settings.
- From us: email support@scampworks.com or see the delete-data page. We answer within 30 days, and we will tell you honestly if we hold nothing that can be linked to you.
In South Korea, the person responsible for privacy is Animesh Shaw (support@scampworks.com); information is processed overseas by Google as described in section 5. In Japan, you may ask us at the same address to disclose or delete personal information we hold.
12. Security
Game data stays on your phone, protected by your phone's own security. Information sent to Google travels encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a problem ever affects you, we will tell you.
13. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where the law requires, ask for your choice again. The English version is the one that applies; translations are there to help you understand it.
