Delete my data

Totally Easy has no accounts and no server. Almost everything the game keeps is on your phone, so you can delete it yourself in a few seconds.

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

Open Settings, Privacy & data, then tap Delete my data on this device and confirm. This erases your progress, coins, items, settings, Player ID, display name, age setting and the game's saved ad-consent answer. The next time you open the game it starts from the age screen, as if newly installed.

Option 2: uninstall the game

Uninstalling Totally Easy removes everything it stored on your phone. Cloud backup is switched off for this game, so nothing is restored if you reinstall.

What the ads provider holds

The ads in the game are provided by Google AdMob. Information about ads on your device is held by Google, not by us, under Google's own policies. You can:

change your ad choices in the game (Settings, Privacy & data, Ad choices);
reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (on most Android phones: Settings, Privacy, Ads);
manage and delete what Google holds about you at myaccount.google.com.

Purchases

Google Play keeps the records of what you bought, under its own rules. We do not hold your card or payment details.

Our emails

If you have written to us at support@scampworks.com, we keep that conversation only to help you. To have it deleted, email us with the subject "Delete my Totally Easy data" from the address you used. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days. If you ask us to delete "my data" and we hold nothing that can be linked to you, we will tell you so.

Children

If you are a parent and believe a child under 13 has used the game, uninstall it and email us so we can check that we hold nothing.
