Chillbae Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Chillbae, a game made by Scampworks ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data the game handles.

Using the game

Chillbae is for players aged 13 and over. We give you a personal license to play it. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the game.

Coins, boosters, stickers and purchases

Coins, boosters, stickers and skins are for use inside the game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Purchases are handled by Google Play, and its refund rules apply. Your purchases are tied to the store account you bought them with. Items bought for good, such as stickers, skins and No Ads, come back when you tap Restore Purchases.

Your photos and notes

You may add your own photos and short notes to your fridge. Use only photos you have the right to use. Don't add anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, or personal details of anyone, including yourself.

We don't see, store or check your photos or notes. If you share a picture from the game, you are responsible for what it shows and where you share it. Notes are checked on your phone for links, contact details and certain words.

The game shows ads unless you buy a product that removes them. Reward ads are always your choice.

Your progress

Your progress is saved on your device. We can't restore it if the device is lost or the game is deleted. Your phone's own backup may bring it back on a new phone. Photo stickers are never included.

Changes to the game

We may update, change or stop the game or its features at any time. We may also update these terms, and we'll show the new date at the top.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
