Chillbae is a game made by Scampworks ("we"). This policy explains what data the game handles and the choices you have. Contact us at support@scampworks.com.

What we do not collect

Chillbae has no accounts of its own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location, and we never receive your photos.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, coins, settings, stickers, notes and pictures of your finished fridges stay on your device. You can erase them with Reset My Data in Settings, or by uninstalling the game.

Photos you add

If you add a photo sticker, you choose one photo in your phone's own photo picker. The game sees only that photo. It makes a small square copy, 512 pixels wide, and keeps it in the game's private storage on your phone. The only change made is cropping and resizing.

Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, never sent to any server, and never viewed, scanned or analysed. They are left out of your phone's backups. The copy is deleted when you remove the photo from your fridge, use Reset My Data, or uninstall the game. The game needs no permission to see your photos.

Notes

Notes you write on your fridge stay in the game on your phone. We never receive them.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game sets reminders on your phone, such as when a new daily fridge is ready. They are made on your phone, and nothing is sent to us. You get at most three a day, always hours apart, and none between 10 pm and 9 am. Turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings.

Cloud save (optional)

If you choose Cloud save, the game signs you in with Google Play Games and keeps a small copy of your progress (the level you reached, coins, stars and best times) in Google's Saved Games, tied to your Google Play Games account. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive it and cannot see it. Nothing you bought is stored there. Signing in is optional. Reset My Data in Settings clears the cloud copy too while you are signed in, and you can also delete it in the Google Play Games app, under Settings.

What goes to our service providers

Google AdMob and its ad partners receive your advertising ID where you allow it, your IP address, device details and ad interactions, so ads can be shown and measured. Ads in Chillbae are limited to content suitable for teens. Google's policy on how it uses this data is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Google Play keeps purchase records. We never see your payment details.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalized ads, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the game for everything else. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, under Privacy Choices.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They use safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your choices

Personalized ads: where required, the game asks for your choice when it first opens. You can change it any time in Settings, under Privacy Choices.

Your rights: depending on where you live, you can ask to access or delete data linked to your device, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Write to support@scampworks.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Chillbae is for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing pictures

Save puts a picture of your fridge in your phone's gallery. Share opens your phone's share sheet, and you choose where it goes. The picture may show your photo stickers and notes, so check it first. What you share, and who with, is your choice and your responsibility. The app you share to has its own policy.

Pictures saved to your gallery stay there after Reset My Data or uninstalling. Delete them in your gallery app.

We will update this page if our practices change, and show the new date at the top.
