These terms cover the Scampworks website at scampworks.com, run by Scampworks, an independent game studio (Animesh Shaw). Each game has its own terms and conditions, linked from its page, which apply when you play it. By using the website you accept these terms.
What you may do
- Read the pages and share links to them.
- Use the press kit (logos, icons, screenshots and facts) to write about us and our games, in articles, reviews, videos and social posts, as long as you do not change our logos or suggest that we endorse or sponsor something we do not.
- Share screenshots and videos of our games.
What you may not do
- Copy the website's design, code or text to make a site that looks like ours or pretends to be us.
- Use our characters, names or logos in your own game, app or product without our written permission.
- Attack or overload the website, or try to get around its protections. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@scampworks.com with "security" in the subject (see security.txt).
Our content
The website, our games' names, characters, artwork, sounds, text and code belong to us or our licensors, except where we say they are free to use (the press kit). The fonts we use are open-licensed and keep their own licences.
Accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate, but it is provided as it is. Information about our games (release dates, features, prices, availability) can change, and a game's store page has the final word. Links to other sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for them.
Our responsibility
Nothing here limits any right you have by law. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using this free website or relying on it.
Changes and law
